Who's Afraid of Regulation? An Interview with Prof. Itzhak Galnoor / Moshe Negbi, Din uDvarim, Reshet Bet 12/3/2017 (Hebrew)

Does Israel actually suffer from excess regulation, bureaucracy and juridicalization? Perhaps it suffers from a lack of those? A conference will take place a week from now at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, focusing on extensive research on regulation conducted at the Institute's Center for Social Justice and Democracy in Memory of Yaacov Chazan.

Prof. Galnoor: Regulation is indeed necessary, but there certainly exists some superfluous regulation. What is needed is a regulatory structure that serves the consumers properly.
