Ms. Reem W. Younis was born and raised in Nazareth, Israel. Ms. Younis holds a B.Sc. Degree in civil engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. In 1993 she founded the medical equipment company Alpha Omega Ltd. together with her husband, Imad Younis. Alpha Omega started as an R&D subcontractor and worked with companies and scientists in the neuroscience field. Throughout the years it grew into one of the internationally leading companies in the field.

In 1994 Ms. Younis Co-founded Alpha-Cad Ltd., a company that specializes in supplying complete CAD solutions, mainly for construction businesses. The company was sold in 2003

Sitting on boards of various non-profit organizations, Ms. Younis is working with businesses, civil society, and the government to create opportunities for Arab entrepreneurship in Israel through overcoming the challenges of integrating Arab-Israeli citizens into the hi-tech workforce

Her aspiration is to promote entrepreneurship among the younger generation, encouraging them to pursue their dreams for a brighter tomorrow. In turn, she believes, this would have a great impact on Nazareth and transform the diverse historic city into a modern technology center.
