Pinchas has an MA in librarianship and history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He was born in Riga, Latvia, and immigrated to Israel in 1990. He started working as a librarian at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute in 2001. Among his duties is cataloguing publications and handling requests from readers at the Institute’s library.
