The project brings togther nonprofits and civil society organizations to promote postcapitalist social action that fulfills human social ends based on equality and freedom. The project’s goal is to present theoretical and practical alternatives to the public’s discourse and social action ranging between the neoliberal and the social-democratic positions. As part of the project, representatives of several nonprofits will participate in a six-month workshop and will discuss postcapitalist ideas and civil practices. At the same time, these nonprofits will advance social projects that propose new political demands and social models that challenge the subordination of social life and the environment to the profit principle. The projects will focus on various topics, including democratization of the workplace, public health, public housing, and building cooperative communities.
