Industrialization is a crucial prerequisite for the continued economic development of the Arab sector and the integration of Arabs in Israeli society and its economy. The key to a breakthrough lies in creating an economic and social environment that encourages entrepreneurship. This study attempts to create an empirically based behavioral model to describe the industrialization of the Arab economy under conditions of economic competition. The study will serve as a tool for entrepreneurs, economists, and decision makers.
