מקוון | "דיור לכל" גם בישראל – מה אפשר ללמוד מהעיר וינה?

עיריית וינה מיישמת בעיר מדיניות של "דיור לכל", שבמסגרתה חלק נכבד משוק הדיור מתנהל שלא למטרות רווח ומחירי הדיור אינם נקבעים על פי מנגנוני היצע וביקוש. מסמך חדש של מרכז אדוה בשיתוף מכון ון ליר בירושלים בוחן את האפשרויות ליישום מדיניות של "דיור לכל" בישראל, כמענה למשבר הדיור המתמשך. המדיניות שאליה מכוון המסמך מבקשת ליצור מציאות שבה כל תושבי ישראל ייהנו מגישה לדיור איכותי ויציב ומהיצע רחב של פתרונות דיור במגוון יישובים, מבלי לכבול את עצמם לחובות גדולים ולהוצאות כבדות. לרגל השקת המסמך אנו מקיימים דיון בהשתתפות נציגים מעיריית וינה ומארגון הגג של אגודות הדיור באוסטריה וכן בעלי.ות תפקידים רלוונטיים בישראל, שידונו בשאלה האם וכיצד אפשר להבטיח גם בישראל דיור לכל.
